The delivery of the goods will be free of charge under the following conditions: – for orders worth at least 300 lei.

Exception: Offer – free shipping.
Deliveries are made only on the territory of Romania.


PROMPT AND FAST DELIVERY!

  • The delivery will be made to the address communicated by you, within maximum 3-4 working days from the moment of completing an order. On days with special promotions or unfavorable weather conditions, the delivery time can be extended, but not more than 30 days.
  • For a number of products, this time can be extended, depending on the availability of stock.
  • All orders taken on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed starting Monday.
  • The products are transported in optimal conditions and will be delivered to you together with the invoice and the warranty certificate (for electrical appliances).
  • Upon receipt of the package, please check the integrity of the packaging, as well as the availability of the warranty certificate (when applicable) and the fiscal invoice.
  • The products are sealed in the original packaging of the manufacturer and are insured throughout the transport until delivery.
  • The products are delivered within the limit of the stock available on the date of confirmation / acceptance of the order.
  • NIGHTMARE MANSION SRL cannot guarantee the availability in stock, in the warehouse, of all the products presented.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Factors may occur in the delivery period that may cause delays, regardless of the will of the www.nightmaremansion.ro or of the courier company.
(unfavorable weather conditions, accidents or roadblocks, etc.).
In all these cases, a Melkior sales representative will inform you and will communicate to you a new date regarding the delivery, the acceptance or the refusal of the new delivery term leading to the delivery or cancellation of the order as the case may be.

 

RETURN POLICY

The following aspect refers only to natural persons according to the legislation in force.

The customer has the right to return any product within 14 days of information and may request the return of the amount of money or the change with another product. In both cases, the cash value returned or the replaced product refers strictly to the cost of the products, the shipping charges being excluded.

The payment for the transport related to the returned product is the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to refund the value of the product, this will be done within 14 days from the receipt.

At the return are accepted only the products that respect exactly the form in which they were delivered, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

The following shall not be allowed to return:

  • Products that have been.
  • Unwrapped Products.
  • Products that do not have the labels intact, have broken seals or deleted.

 

RETURN PROCESS OF THE PRODUCTS

  • To make the return of a product follow the steps below:
  • Make sure that the product corresponds exactly to the above conditions;
  • Fill in the standard RMA return form that you can access here;
  • Contact the Customer Service at the e-mail address office@nightmaremansion.ro or at the phone number +40 730 992 679 to receive a return number;
  • Pack the product properly so that it is protected from shocks that may occur during transport. Products that arrive returned in the inappropriate form due to faulty packaging will not be able to benefit from the return guarantee;
  • Send the parcel to: NIGHTMARE MANSION SRL, Str Dispensarului, Nr. 8, bloc 24A, Sc. C, Ap. 41, Constanta by Fan Courier service;
  • After receiving the package you will be contacted by a member of the Customer Service Department who will take care of the return of your product.
  • In case of replacement with another product, it will be shipped as soon as possible (to the extent that it is available in stock).
  • The reimbursement of the value of the product will be made within a maximum of 14 working days of confirming the receipt of the return.

  • In case a customer refuses to receive up to 2 orders placed on the www.nightmaremansion.ro website, we reserve the right to no longer honor future orders with delivery by courier. The customer will have the opportunity to purchase the products from NIGHTMARE MANSION stores.
